General
(1) All goods suplied by Scarletsboudoir.com remain the property of scarletsboudoir.com until paid for in full.
(2) This site trades in accordance with recent E.U. directives for online trading, as follows. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information, such as contact and credit card details.
(3) Notification of any discrepancies with your order must be received by us within 7 days from the date your order was dispatched. Items must be returned to us within a further 7 day period.
(4) If an item is returned to us, because the customer, either provided the wrong address, or was not in to receive the item, we will require payment for re-sending. We will let the customer know via e-mail what has happened and what the extra costs for re-sending the item/s will be. The customer will be required to contact us to provide the extra payment within 7 days, of our notification. If no payment is received the item/s will not be re-sent.
(5) Please ensure when ordering that you chose the correct postage for your items destination as items will not be processed otherwise.
(6) Your credit card will be charged in the name of our of our holding company URBANITE LTD.
(7) All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 7 days from the date your order was dispatched.
(8) All goods are supplied with a 14 day fault warranty and therefore can only be returned for an exchange not a refund.
(9) All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the image displayed.
(10) Scarlet's Boudoir cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
(11) Orders to destinations outside the E.U. are non-returnable and non-refundable.

(13) Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date from which you first use this site. The terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
(14) We accept payment via PAYPAL using a credit card or debit card.

Therefore the following guidlines are always used.
1 Scarletsboudoir.com will accept all the information you submit and deal with it in the strictest of confidence.
2 Scarletsboudoir.com will not respond to communication with bad language or anything that is deemed to be unpleasent.
3 All information given to Scarletsboudoir.com will be kept strictly private.
4 We are subject to, like anyone else ' The Law ' and are required to give information, should a search warrent or court order be made.

Returns Policy
All scarlet's boudoir corsets are checked prior to dispatch.
If any of our corsets dont meet your satisfaction, we are always happy to listen and try to meet your needs.
We will happily exchange a corset but you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
We are unable to refund items that simply just dont fit.
For hygene reasons we cannot accept returns of corsets that have been worn, items should be returned in their original packaging, indicating whether you require an exchange or refund, stating your reasons clearly.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within the UK we suggest that a proof of posting is always obtained.
Conditions
(1) Goods MUST be unused. We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.
(2) Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
(3) If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
